(C) Pushpa Kamal Dahal, alsoknown as Prachanda, is aNepalese politician and one ofthe two chairmen of the NepalCommunist Party, formed by the union of the Communist Party of Nepal (United Marxist-Leninist) and Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist-Centre). He was the Prime Minister of Nepal from 2008 to 2009 and again from 2016 to 2017. At the time of question, he was just the chairman of Nepalese communist party.
