Saksham campaign has been launched by Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA) operating under Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas on 16 th January, 2020 to raise awareness about fuel conservation. The various component of this conservation drive includes spreading message of pollution ka solution, distribution of comic book 'Fuel conservation' developed by PCRA along with NCERT to youths and students.
