Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A good breakfast provides nutrients needed to start the day. Children who eat breakfast regularly do well in school. Healthy breakfast boosts energy, increases your attention and you are in better control of your emotions while not eating breakfast makes you irritable. When you get up in the morning your glucose level is at lowest point as there is a gap of 8-10 hrs between dinner and breakfast. Since glucose is the basic fuel for the brain, it is important to have your first meal soon after waking up.
