Bhagwan Lal Sahni is the current Chairman of the National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC). Other four members are Lokesh Prajapati, Sudha Yadav, Kaushlendra Patel and Achary Thalloju. NCBC is a constitutional body set up under Article of Indian constitution through 102 nd constitutional Amendment Act.
