SI here is the difference of amount as the time period is same.
So, SI = ${\mathit{A}}_2$ - ${\mathit{A}}_1$
= 7000 - 6600 = 400
Now, according to the question
25% of SI = 400
SI = $\frac{400\times 100}{25}$ = ₹ 1600
We know that,
P = A - SI
= 6600 -1600
= ₹ 5000
