Given:

Concept used:
1 m = 100 cm and 1 km = 1000 m then, 1 km = 100000 cm
Calculation:

Then,

4 cm = 4 × 30000000 = 120000000

⇒ 12 × 102 km

∴ The distance between the two cities is $12 × 10^2 km$
