Calculation:
Let after x years, Ram's age will be double of the Shyam's age
$34+\mathit{x}=2\times \left(14+\mathit{x}\right)$
$\Rightarrow 34+\mathit{x}=28+2\mathit{x}$
$\Rightarrow \mathit{x}=6$
∴ After 6 years, Ram's age will be double of the Shyam's age
