For a number to be a perfect square, each prime factor has to be paired.
Calculation:

71232 = 2 × 2 × 2 × 2 × 2 × 2 × 3 × 7 × 53

The factors 3, 7 and 53 are not paired.
Hence, 71232 must be multiplied by 1113 i.e.

(3 × 7 × 53)

for it to be a perfect square
∴ The number should be multiplied by 1113
