Solution -
Let the two positive integers be 2x and 5x.
According to question,
$\Rightarrow \left(5\mathit{x}-2\mathit{x}\right)=69$
$\Rightarrow 3\mathit{x}=69$
$\Rightarrow \mathit{x}=23$
⇒ sum of these integers $=7\mathit{x}$
⇒ sum of these integers $=7\times 23=161$
∴ sum of these integers = 161
