Solution:

Given:
10% of a = 20% of b
Calculation:
10% of a = 20% of b

⇒ a × (10{/}100) = b × (20{/}100)

⇒ a = 2b
Required percentage

= [(a - b){/}b] × 100

= [(2b - b){/}b] × 100

= [b{/}b] × 100 = 100%

∴ a is 100% more than b
