Formula:
Area of the rectangle = length × breadth
Area of the base = (1 / 2) × Base × Height
Calculation:

Base of the triangle = 10 cm
Area of the rectangle

= 15 × 10 = 150 cm^2

Area of triangle

= (1{ /} 2) × 15 × 10 = 75 cm^2

∴ Remaining Area

= 150 - 75 = 75 cm^2
