The 2021 Census results released so far show 37% of people in England and Wales (from a total sampled 60 million) stated not to follow any religion. 46% of people identified themselves as Christian. Much smaller proportions identified themselves as Hindu (2%), Sikh (1%), Jewish or Buddhist (both around 0.5%), while 0.5% of people followed another religion.
