Statement :
It has been observed in schools that many students engage in bullying those who arc either younger to them or vulnerable despite being punished repeatedly. However, research suggests that, bullying behaviour reduces in students who are sent for counselling as compared to those who arc only punished for the same.
I. No student who is sent for counselling engages in bullying behaviour.
II. Counselling is more effective in modifying behaviour of students as compared to punishment.
