Starting from point P, Klshore walks 10 metres towards South. He takes a left turn and walks for 30 metres. He then takes a right turn and walks for 20 metres. Again turning to his right, he walks for 30 metres and reaches a point Q. How far and in which direction is this point Q from point P ?
