Accomplished (Adjective) means
skilled : an accomplished dancer, cook, poet, etc. well-trained or educated in
social skills such as conversation. art, music, etc.
For example,
• an accomplished young lady.
So, we can use accomplished in the first gap.
Again; we use “honoured with a title". Hence we should use honoured in the second gap
