LIC AAO 12 May 2013 Paper

The Bangladesh foreign minister, Ms Dipu Moni, visited India in May 2013 to cochair the first Joint Consultative Commission meeting in New Delhi. The Commission was formed under the framework agreement on development and cooperation signed during the Prime Minister. Dr Manmohan Singh's visit to Dhaka in September 2012.
