x^4-x^2+2x - 1 = 0

Solution:

x^4-x^2+2x - 1 = 0

x^2 -(x -1)^2 = 0

⇒ (x^2 + x -1) (x^2 -x + 1) = 0

x^2 + x -1 = 0

has two real roots.
