Solution:

(4) Let, the total income of

B+C=x

∴

A's income

=\;{x}/{4}

∴ x+\;{x}/{4}=1000

∴ \;{5 x}/{4}=1000

⇒ 5 x=4000

⇒ x=800

Total income of

{B}+ {C}=800

Total income of

{C}=400
