Ghumkuria is the social organization of Oraon tribe. It is the youth hostel or residential youth organization, where young men and women trained in the traditional customs and traditions of their tribe. The tribal youths enter into this type of residence by the age of 10 or all and their membership ends once they get married. Here there are different arrangements for males and females known as Jonkh edpa for females and pel edpa for males.
