Jharkhand PSC Prelim Exam 15-Dec-2013 Solved Paper

The law commission in its 80th report made recommendations about the appointment of judges. The report said that in each state one-third of the judges must be from other states. These one-third judges should come from their initial appointment and not as transfer. The report was handed over to the government in 1980. Justice H.R. Khanna was the contemporary chairman of the law commission who had already resigned.
