When a nickel spatula is used to stir an aqueous copper sulphate solution
i) The solution is stirred well without any chemical change
ii) Nickel spatula gets partially oxidized to Ni2+ ions
iii) Cu2+ ions present in the solution get partly reduced to Cu
iv) Copper gets deposited on the spatula
