BiH3 is the strongest reducing agent and have strongest reducing power. The reducing character of the group 15 element hydrides increases down the group. Ammonia is only a mild reducing agent while BiH3 is the strongest reducing agent amongst all the hydrides. This is due to the decrease in bond energy down the group.So, correct answer is Bi (bismuth).
