Solution:

Total amount allotted in 2011

=4.5×10^5

Total number of departments

=200

Thus, the amount received by each department

=225000

Total amount allotted in 2012

=60000000

The amount received by each department

=300000

Thus the excess of amount each department is getting

=300000-225000=750000=Rs.7.5×10^4

Hence, option C is the correct answer.
