Solution:

Let the initial position of the warship be A and initial and final positions of the submarine be P and Q respectively
AP = 50km
In Δ APN

⇒\sin30={AN}/{AP}

⇒1/2={AN}/50

⇒AN=50/2=25km

⇒BM=AN=50km

∴ In ΔBMQ

⇒\sin60={BM}/{BQ}

⇒√3/2=25/{BQ}

⇒BQ=50/√3km
