From statement II:
There is also no relation between M and O. So, this statement alone is also not sufficient to answer the question.
From statement I and II:
After merging both the statement I and II we can’t find the answer because we can’t judge whether the station O is between M and P, or P is between M and O.
Hence, both the statements I and II together are not sufficient.
