I. We know the speed of Nisha and a relation between speed of Rohan and Ram can be established, but no relation between speed of Nisha and Rohan can be established.
So, statement I. alone is insufficient.
II. Relation between speed of Ram and Nisha can be established but no relation with the speed of Rohan can be established.
So, Statement II. alone is Insufficient.
By combining the two statements we have the speed of Nisha and a relation between speed of Nisha and Ram and subsequently Ram and Rohan can be formed.
∴ Statement I. and Statement II. together is sufficient.
