Clearly, option 3 is eliminated since it is irrelevant. Now, verb 'comprise' takes preposition of in case of passive voice, but given statement is an active voice. Thus, option 5 is eliminated. And, 'made from' is used when the physical properties of something get changed. For e.g. :- Curd is made from milk.
