(4) The Committee on Revisiting & Revitalising the PPP model of Infrastructure Development is chaired by former finance secretary Dr. V. Kelkar. In its report submitted to the government in December 2015, the committee recommended the government to encourage the development of airports, ports and railways through PPP.
