If it is possible to make a meaningful word from the third, sixth, eight and eleventh letters of the word 'DISTINGUISH' using each letter only once first letter of the word would be your answer. If more than one such word can be formed, your answer would be 'M' and if no such word can be formed, answer is 'X'
