(5) As per a government information in August 2015, as many as 305 cities and towns had been identified in nine states for beginning of con-struction of houses for the urban poor under the ‘Housing for All’ scheme. The selected cities and towns are in Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan and Telangana.
