A shopkeeper sells mixture of chemical and water. A mixture of 90 litres contains chemical and water in the ratio of 4 : 5. When some same quantity of water and chemical added into the mixture then their ratio becomes 13 : 11. The quantity of water in the new mixture is what percent of total quantity of new mixture?
