Is the rate of interest 9% per annum?
I. Sampath invests Rs. 15,000 as fixed deposit for 10 years in a bank at the rate of 10% per annum at simple interest.
II. Sampath withdrew the entire money after 5 years for which the bank allowed him a lower rate of interest.
III. During the withdrawal Sampath got Rs.8,250 less than what he would have got at the end of 10 years.
