The pattern is as follows:
First element of the pattern is a number increasing one every time, i.e. 3, 4, 5 and 6.
Second element - letters in the correct order, i.e. A, B, C and D
Third element - letters in the inverse order, i.e. Z, Y, X and W.
Therefore, the next term is 6DW.
