As here both direction are used left and right so we can solve it as
$6^{\mathrm{th}}$ letter from the left + ${12}^{\mathrm{th}}$ letter to the right of $6^{\mathrm{th}}$ letter = ${18}^{\mathrm{th}}$ letter
from left (here total nineteen letters are there so we can count $2^{\mathrm{nd}}$ from the right also)
So ${18}^{\mathrm{th}}$ letter from the left or $2^{\mathrm{nd}}$ from the right end will be R.
Hence, R is the correct answer.
