assuming that there are 12 cucumbers per kg and that only a whole number of kgs are sold?

Solution:

\;1.5 × 0.82=\$ 1.23

\;\$ 1.23 × 1.1=1.353 \$

\;5 \/ 1.353=4 {\kg}

and change

=48

cucumbers.
