We are looking for an equation that has none of the same roots.
Answer $\mathrm{E}:{\mathit{X}}^2-10\mathit{X}+16=\left(\mathit{X}+2\right)\left(\mathit{X}+8\right)$. This equation has none of the original roots. All the other answers have one or more of the same original roots.
