Solution:

\;{N_{4}}/{N_{1}}=\;{12 × 12}/{60 × 48}=\;{1}/{20}

T_{1} N_{1}=T_{4} N_{4}

100 × N_{1}=T_{4} × \;{N_{1}}/{20}

T_{4}=2000
