=1 ×(16)^{2}+3 ×(16)^{1}+10 ×(16)^{0}

=256+48+10

Output voltage = Resolution × Decimal equivalent

=\;{10}/{2^{10}} × 314=\;{10}/{2^{10}} × 314=\;{10}/{1024} × 314=3.065
