Solution:

To find

h_{11}=\;{V_{1}}/{I_{1}}|_{V_{2}=0}

the equivalent circuit is given below,

By KCL,

\;{V_{a}-1}/{1}+\;{V_{a}}/{1}+\;{V_{a}+2 I_{1}}/{1}=0

3 V_{a}+2 I_{1}=1

...(i)

I_{1}=\;{1-V_{ {a}}}/{1}

....(ii)
Substitute equation (ii) in equation (i),

V_{a}=-1

I_{1}=\;{1-V_{d}}/{1}=\;{1-(-1)}/{1}=2

h_{11}=\;{V_{1}}/{I_{1}}=\;{1}/{2}=0.5 Ω
