From the first figure to the second figure, the digits at odd places (2, 4, and 5) are inverted horizontally and the digits at even places (3 and 6) are inverted vertically.
Hence option (2) is correct.
Note : Odd places = odd positions = 1st, 3rd, 5th etc.
Even places = even positions = 2nd, 4th, 6th etc
