3) E is the immediate neighbour of one who sits at the extreme right end.
(Therefore, E sits immediately right of A. This also implies that D sits immediately left of A)

4) D is not an immediate neighbour of B.
(This means C sits at the left end and B sits at the right end)

This is the final seating arrangement.
Hence, D sits immediately left of A.
