It is an alternative addition and subtraction series.
In the first pattern, 4 is added and in the second pattern, 3 is subtracted.
⇒ 5 + 4 = 9,
⇒ 9 – 3 = 6,
⇒ 6 + 4 = 10,
⇒ 10 – 3 = 7,
⇒ 7 + 4 = 11
Therefore, “11” will complete the series.
