Volume of first cylinder ${\mathit{V}}_1=\mathit{\pi }{\left({\mathit{r}}_1\right)}^2\times {\mathit{h}}_1$
Volume of second cylinder ${\mathit{V}}_2=\mathit{\pi }{\left({\mathit{r}}_2\right)}^2\times {\mathit{h}}_2$
According to the question
${\mathit{V}}_1:{\mathit{V}}_2=\mathit{\pi }{\left({\mathit{r}}_1\right)}^2\times {\mathit{h}}_1:\mathit{\pi }\left({\mathit{r}}_2\right)2\times {\mathit{h}}_2$
⇒ ${\mathit{V}}_1:{\mathit{V}}_2=5^2\times 2:4^2\times 3$
⇒ $\mathit{V}1:{\mathit{V}}_2=25\times 2:16\times 3$
⇒ ${\mathit{V}}_1:{\mathit{V}}_2=25:24$
