The minimum age to become a member of Lok Sabha is 25 years.

Article 84 (b) of the Constitution of India provides that the minimum age for becoming a candidate for the Lok Sabha election shall be 25 years.

This age criterion also eligibility to become aPrime minister of India.

• 30 years-Minimum age to become a member of Rajya Sabha
• 35 years-Minimum age to become a President.
• 18 years-Voting age of citizens of India. Before it was 21 years, but according to the 61st amendment act, it reduces to 18 years.
