Solution:

According to the question

200 {km} ⟶ \;{1}/{2} {cm}

1 {km} ⟶ \;{1}/{2} × \;{1}/{200}=\;{1}/{400} {cm}

1800 {km} ⟶ \;{1}/{400} × 1800=4.5 {cm}

Hence, required answer is four and a half centimetre.
