CTET Class I to V 12 Jan 2023 Paper

I am a 5 digit number with all different digits. I am divisible by 2 but not by 4. Digit at my tens place is the smallest prime number. Digits at hundreds and thousands places are the second odd number and the third prime number respectively. Digit at ten thousands place is double of the digit at tens place. Who am I?
