Gender disparity and stereotypes are the social processes by which men and women are not treated as equals. The treatment may arise from distinctions regarding biology, psychology or cultural norms. Some of these distinctions are empirically-grounded while others appear to be socially constructed. In order to sensitize students we should make them aware about these negative social obstacles.
So, we should present such examples which may help to remove these processes from the minds of students as given in option (b).
