Let the number be $10\mathit{x}+\mathit{y}$.
Half of 100 = 50
6 tens = 60
8 tens = 80
According to the question,
$10\mathit{x}+\mathit{y}>50$
$10\mathit{x}+\mathit{y}>60$

$\therefore$ The number can be $61,62,63,64,65,66,67$, $68,69,70,71,72,73,74$, $75,76,77,78,79.$
$\mathit{x}=2\mathit{y}$ and $\mathit{x}+\mathit{y}=9$
Here, only one number satisfies the above condition i.e. $63.$
