Right to equality: It is one of the six fundamental rights in the constitution. It ensures equal rights for all citizens. Right against exploitation : Prohibits all forms of forced labour, child labour and trafficking of human beings. Right to Constitutional Remedies : It is considered to be the most important fundamental right because it ensures the protection of fundamental rights. It empowers citizens to move to a court of law in case of any denial of the fundamental rights.
