Solution:

P=12 x y-10 y^{2}-18 x^{2}

Q=14 x^{2}+12 y^{2}+9 x y

R=5 y^{2}-x^{2}+x y

=12 x y-10 y^{2}

-18 x^{2}+14 x^{2}+12 y^{2}

+9 x y-(5 y^{2}-x^{2}+x y)

=12 x y-10 y^{2} -18 x^{2}

+14 x^{2}+12 y^{2} +9 x y

-5 y^{2}+x^{2}-x y

=20 x y-3 x^{2}-3 y^{2}
